Born and raised in the Boston area, Tyler Schiff graduated from University of Virginia and received an MBA from Wharton. She worked as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs before devoting herself full time to writing. Loves financial crime, spy stories, and science fiction, for page and screen. Worked as a TV writer on Beacon 23 (MGM+) and sold original material “The Prey” to WB. Recent work includes an action film for Miramax and publishing her first short story collection Diary of a Prosecutor on the Run.
Diary of a Prosecutor on the Run introduces us to regular men and women in law enforcement, who have battered by life but manage to retain their dignity; a forensic artist, a public attorney, a financial regulator, current and former FBI agents, a U.S. Marshal and prison guard, among others. The subjects share moments from their lives; they talk openly and sometimes hilariously about their desires and vulnerabilities, weaving a grisly and morbid tale of crime and criminal in the modern era.
This darkly comic vision begins with a psychological thriller. A prosecutor goes on the run after she brings a powerful CEO to trial. By turns strange and familiar, Diary of a Prosecutor on the Run iI a tale that provokes and surprises.

The Prey is the story of a young lawyer with a New York name and fortune, a double Ivy League degree, who takes a pro bono case that will destroy her life. She defends a 16-year old Orthodox girl standing trial for murder.
